There’s something about starting a new chapter that makes you pause and really think about your life.

For me, that chapter is our move to Ireland 🇮🇪✨
A slower, cosier life. A fresh start.

But I’ve realised…
I don’t want to take everything from my old life with me.


💭 How I’ve Been Feeling

Lately, I haven’t felt like myself.

I’ve been:

  • Tired more than usual

  • Uncomfortable in my body

  • Achy and low on energy

  • Frustrated without really knowing where to start

And deep down, I know a lot of this links back to my PCOS.

PCOS isn’t just about weight.

It affects:

  • Your energy

  • Your hormones

  • Your cravings

  • Your motivation

Some days feel easy…
Other days feel like everything is working against you.

And for a long time, I think I’ve just been getting by instead of really looking after myself.


🌿 Why I’m Choosing to Change Now

This move to Ireland feels like the perfect moment to reset.

Not in a dramatic way…
Just in a real, gentle, this-matters way

I want to arrive there feeling:

  • Stronger

  • More comfortable

  • More in control of my health

I want to be able to:

  • Go for walks

  • Explore

  • Enjoy the life we’re creating

Without feeling held back.


💖 This Isn’t About Being Perfect

I’m not trying to completely change my life overnight.

No extremes.
No pressure.


👉 Just:

  • Making better choices

  • Moving a little more

  • Eating in a way that supports my body

  • Taking things one step at a time


🍳 Keeping It Simple

Right now, I’m focusing on:

  • Proper meals

  • Comforting food that still feels good

  • Not overcomplicating things

Because I know that simple is what I’ll stick to.

Starting is always the hardest part.

There’s always that little voice that says:
“What if this doesn’t work again?”

But I also know that staying the same isn’t what I want either.
